Dear Pete,

I would like to compliment you, your staff and son – Wayne on building and erecting the infrastructure required to install a Morso Woodburn last week on the 14th and 15th of August. The Morso agents installed the wood burner in about an hour and a half with no need for any adjustments as everything fit into place perfectly.

Wayne arrived on time this morning – Friday 22nd of August with two workers who have completed the plastering and removed the temporary brick support. Yesterday – Thursday, we fired up the wood burner and did the 4-6 hour initial burn.

We look forward to many warm and cosy winter evenings.
